New Fable was established in 1824 on a bend in English Creek, by the shores of Lake Cozy. Legend National Forest sits to the north. To the west and south lies flat farmland.

As you might expect, Lakeshore Boulevard is quaint and begging for a relaxing stroll. Along the main strip, you’ll find several town favorites including the local bookstore, The Yarn Store, and Pet Tales, where beloved pets go for a spa treatment and a play date.
