Novel Farms, owned and operated by Lyndon Fields and his family, is a local farm to the west of New Fable. They operate The Novel Farms Barn Store just off of 500 North, which offers fresh seasonal vegetables, free range eggs, farm-raised dairy products and more.

In July, they sell sweet corn by the bushel from noon to four, Monday through Friday. Be sure to pre-order because the corn goes fast!
